Vibrobet Terms and Conditions

These terms set out the agreement between Vibrobet and you as a player. Registering for an account or placing a bet at Vibrobet means you accept these terms in full. We update them from time to time and the current version always lives at this page.

Who can open a Vibrobet account?

You must be 18 or older to register a Vibrobet account. You must be legally permitted to gamble online in the jurisdiction you are resident in, and you must not be on any self exclusion register that Vibrobet is contractually required to honour. The full self exclusion toolkit sits at Vibrobet Responsible Gambling.

Each player may hold only one Vibrobet account. Multiple accounts opened by the same person, household, IP address or payment method may be merged or closed without notice, and any bonuses or winnings derived from duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Vibrobet reserves the right to refuse a registration or to close an account if the player provides false information, fails verification or is found to be using the platform in breach of these terms.

How do bonuses and promotions work?

Every bonus or promotion at Vibrobet runs under both these general terms and the specific terms printed on the offer card. Where the two conflict, the offer specific terms take precedence for that promotion. Bonus opt in is always voluntary and bonus credit can be cancelled from the account settings before any wagering is placed.

Wagering requirements, qualifying minimum deposits, maximum bet limits during bonus play, eligible games and expiry dates are all printed on the offer card. Bonus abuse, including coordinated multi account play, bet pattern abuse or use of low risk play on roulette or other table games to clear a slots bonus, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Promotions can be cancelled by Vibrobet with reasonable notice for any reason, although wagering already in progress on a cancelled bonus is honoured up to the next withdrawal or until the bonus expires on its original terms.

What about payouts and withdrawals?

Verification is required before the first withdrawal. The verification documents requested are listed on the cashier page and the verification team aims to complete a review within twenty four hours. If you have questions during verification, Vibrobet Get Help walks through the exact requirements and the timing.

Withdrawals route to the original deposit method by default. Where that is not possible, alternative methods can be approved on request. Processing times vary by method, with crypto typically clearing in minutes, e-wallets in hours and cards or bank transfers in one to three working days after Vibrobet has signed them off.

Withdrawal limits per day, per week and per month are listed on the cashier page. VIP tiers carry higher limits. Cancelled withdrawals returned to the account balance carry standard play rules and any subsequent loss is treated as standard play.

How are complaints handled?

If you have a complaint, raise it with the Vibrobet support team first. They have authority to resolve most issues directly and any escalation is sent to the senior support team for a written response. The written response is the formal final decision of Vibrobet on the matter.

If you are not satisfied with that decision, the next step is the offshore regulator. The regulator runs an independent dispute resolution service and the contact details for that service are provided in any final decision letter. The regulator's decision is binding on Vibrobet.

Vibrobet does not subscribe to the UK alternative dispute resolution services because the operator is not UKGC licensed. Data subject complaints follow the route set out in the Vibrobet Privacy Policy.

How does Vibrobet handle inactive accounts?

An account is treated as inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal or bet for twelve consecutive months. Inactive accounts receive a reminder email at the twelve month mark with the option to either log in to reactivate or to request closure and balance return.

If the account remains inactive and carries a balance, an administration fee may be applied at the rate published on the cashier page. The fee is capped and never exceeds the remaining balance. To avoid the fee, log in or withdraw the balance before the inactivity threshold is reached.

Reactivation is straightforward. Log in with the original credentials, complete any required updates to verification documents and the account moves back to active. If you have forgotten your password, the reset flow on the login page handles it without needing support.

What rules apply to errors and game disputes?

Where a clear error has been made by Vibrobet, by a game studio or by a payment processor, the operator reserves the right to correct the error. Examples include a misplaced decimal in published odds, a settlement to the wrong selection or a duplicate transaction. Corrections are made transparently and explained to any affected player.

Game disputes follow a structured process. Support pulls the round history from the studio, reviews the audit trail and confirms whether the result was generated correctly. If the round was correct, the original settlement stands. If the round misfired, the studio reissues the correct outcome and any difference is credited or debited to the account.

Vibrobet's liability for errors is limited to the value of the bet placed and any winnings that would have followed from a correctly settled outcome. Consequential losses outside this scope are not covered. The full liability framework sits within these terms and is governed by the law of the licensing jurisdiction.

How does Vibrobet enforce bonus terms fairly?

Bonus terms are written in plain English on each promo card and the wagering progress is visible inside your account at any time. The system tracks contributions automatically and converts the bonus to cash the moment wagering completes, with no manual intervention required from support.

Suspected bonus abuse is reviewed by a small risk team using documented criteria rather than discretion. Common triggers include patterned low risk wagering, multiple accounts from the same household using the same offer and aggressive bet sizing during active wagering. Where abuse is confirmed, the bonus and any winnings derived from the abuse are removed and the original deposit is returned.

If you think a bonus decision is wrong, you can escalate to senior support for a documented review. Senior support reissues the decision in writing and the offshore regulator runs a free, binding dispute service if you still disagree. The full escalation path sits on the help pages and the regulator contact details appear in any final decision letter.
